Because I don't say it so much... lately? So, here goes...

$1,750 is a pretty good bank-roll for a broke writer who doesn’t realize how long it won’t last. The essay that I wrote in my head looking at Anne as we fished beyond the pine woods near Interlochen, Michigan, and drove the Big Open near Jordan, Montana.
